HINTS:
If you are a current Swansons customer and you haven’t signed in on this site before, click Sign In, then enter your email address that we have on file as your username and click forgot password. If the email address you are trying to use is not already in our system you'll get the message, “error sending email”. If this happens, please try an alternate email address (work, home, your spouse’s). If all else fails, you can always click "create account" in which case you'll want to use your personal email address. Here's what you can do online
- Schedule a pickup
- Place a hold on your account while you're on vacation or traveling for work
- Orders - review and even print current and past orders
- Credit Card - update your credit card information
- Notifications - change how you receive communications from us. We can send an email or SMS (text) to let you know when your store order is ready or when your delivery order has been delivered. You can even select both email and SMS for the same event - in case you really need to know.
- Preferences - set the level of starch in your laundry shirts (none, light, medium, or heavy). How you would like your clothes packaged? on a hanger or folded - this typically applies to dress shirts.

- Gate or Garage PIN - for pickup and deliveries
- Location for pickup/deliveries. Please consider security and protection from the elements (wind/rain/sun). If you do not enter a preference, we will pickup and deliver to the front door. Here are some popular choices:

- garage - don't forget to provide the PIN if there is one

- Cleaning Instructions - let us know if you have specific cleaning instructions. Perhaps you always want your pants creased or maybe you never want your pants creased. This is a good place to let us know how you would like us to clean and press your garments.

How does Swansons Pickup & Delivery work?
At sign up or any time after, you'll want to customize your account settings. Login to your account, make sure you indicate in the Special Instructions where you'd like us to pick up and deliver. Popular options are: front door, back door, side door, garage, pool house, etc. Don't forget to let us know if we need a gate code or other PIN.
- Schedule a pickup. From the www.SwansonsCleaners.com home page click Schedule a Pickup. You can also call and leave a message (916) 933-0290. If you place your order before 8am, we can pick up the same day. All orders will be returned a few days later according to the schedule above.
- Stuff your clothes in one of our BlueBags or if you don't have one yet, put your clothes in any bag you may have and leave the bag at the spot you designated in the Special Instructions for your account.
