WHAT IS SWANSONS PICKUP & DELIVERY?​

Schedule a pickup by texting PICKUP to (916) 999-1321 or logging in online and, we'll pick up your dirty clothes from your home and return them a few days later - "Swansons Clean", and perfectly pressed.  There's no extra charge.  We only ask that you tell your friends about your incredibly smart decision to use Swansons free Pickup & Delivery.  ​

HOW DOES IT WORK?​

• Sign up - online, over the phone, or at one of our stores.
  Request a pickup - online or by texting PICKUP to (916) 999-1321
  
• Drop your clothes in a bag and leave the bag for our driver.
• Note: After your first pickup, we’ll provide you with a BlueBag, but until then, any bag will do the trick.
  
• We’ll pick up your dirty clothes and leave you a Swansons door hook to slide over the top of your door. The Swansons door hook is nothing more than a sturdy wreath hook that can hold a lot of clothes.
• A few days later, we’ll return your order and hang it on the Swansons door hook we dropped off the first visit.
